I work as the lead web developer for the Marcy Design Group in Columbus, Ohio. We build everything from basic small business websites to fully customized database driven sites. We use Wordpress as the foundation for most of our websites, but we make it do all kinds of things that it isn't designed to do. I am very experienced at building custom plugins/features and integrating it seamlessly with other Wordpress functions.

Fresh out of college, I started working as a freelance designer/developer to put what I had learned into practice. I taught myself several new programming language/techniques, and improved the skills I already had. As a freelancer, I handle everything from advertising and project management to programming and development. I have built solid communication skills and am very confortable interacting with clients and understanding their needs.

During my 2 year employment at Quality Cable Services, I worked primarily as an Electronics Repair Technician. However, I also put my web development skills to work and built a website for the company, and also designed graphics for a large display booth for use at trade shows. I later built a completely custom business management program that allows them to track their day to day operations in real time.

My primary job while working at Audio Technical Services was to assist in the setup and operation of audio/video equipment. We would provide these services mainly for events and Muskingum University.
